As an experienced Master Unlimited, I have a sound understanding of charter management and vessel administration. I am very familiar with SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC and STCW regulations and procedures, including class upgrades, obtaining class and flag survey approvals and practical implementation of ISM and ISPS codes. My primary focus is on operating the vessel efficiently and professionally to give all parties concerned a refined end product.
